Great Expressions Dental Centers review: Hipocritical, inconciderate, dishonest

If I could I'd give them 0 stars. So I'm a new patient and had to wait for my appointment for a month. They sent multiple messages to confirm the appointment and I got a phone call to confirm the appointment a DAY before! This appointment was triple and quadruple confirmed! Hours before appointment they called me to cancel because the hygienist had an "emergency". OK... The next appointment I can schedule is in more than a month!. Now if I am late 15min to my appointment I get charged for being late! How unfair and dishonest! and hypocritical! I am in pain! I need appointment now! I was told "emergencies happen" - my response was "yes, I need appointment next week then, what kind of emergency is next week?" It sounded to me they are just getting extra day for their month long vacation. They have only one hygienist available and if she is out, you have to wait for her for a month or so... How do you run business like that? It's real third world right here on Long Island!
