“I booked a flight through GoToGate, and they changed my flight from 15 hours to 42 hours without any explanation or adequate compensation. They also refused to refund the seat selection I paid for, and the customer service was extremely rude when I tried to resolve the issue. Very disappointed with the lack of support and the drastic flight change without proper communication.”
