I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding my booking #1115-279-950, originally scheduled for March 1, 2026.

All flights were canceled due to emergency events involving Iran, the USA, Israel, and Gulf countries, and Etihad Airways has confirmed that all affected passengers are entitled to a full refund.

Despite this, I have not received any response from your company. I have repeatedly attempted to contact your customer service via phone, mobile app, and chat, without any resolution or effective assistance.
I have also made several attempts to contact you through your mobile application and the chat service, but I have not received any real assistance so far, despite more than a week of continuous attempts to cancel the ticket and recover my money.
In addition, I had a phone call that lasted more than 25 minutes with one of your agents named Saurabh M. During the call, he asked me to stay on the line and then left me waiting until the call was eventually disconnected without any explanation or solution.
This level of service is completely unacceptable.
Therefore, I am requesting the following actions immediately:

1. Official cancellation of booking #1115-279-950.
2. Full refund of the paid amount to the original payment method without any delay.
3. No alternatives such as travel vouchers or rebooking; I require a full monetary refund only.
