Goodwill Industries review: Clothing, service and staff

Hello my name is Crystal I was in the Salem Indiana Goodwill store November 9th I purchased three pairs of blue jeans three t-shirts and elephant figurine and two stuffed animals not in my day of school that was 9:00 somehow I was charged for 11:00 items I'm not happy I went to return a pair of the blue jeans I had purchased that are too big they told me they would not return them due to the fact that I had removed the tag to wash them I'm real unsatisfied I will not go back to Goodwill at any location to shop my phone number is [protected] I would really appreciate a call back to resolve this issue the lady today was very rude I do not know her name I do not care to know her name she does not need to work in the Salem Indiana store the lady that rang me up on November 9th does not need to work in that store
