empty promises and excuses
The website www.goodrx.com is suitable not only for people, but also for pets. The website offered different medicines and pills with the discounts. Also they offered to buy and download vouchers, which could be used in the pharmacies. I bought some pills for my dog, but it didn’t arrive. The seller only gave me empty promises and excuses. I asked to return money, but the seller stopped to answer to my emails and phone calls. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?

I’ve been purchasing this from GoodRx and 60 tablets was approximately $5.65 today jumped to over $16.00 over 3 times. What happen as I had dropped Humana to use GoodRx a year ago . Am I sorry, should I tell my story.
I am charged every month for Good Rx Gold but the app says I do not have the Gold membership. Neither am I receiving the discount that I am paying for.
Also, Walgreens in Eupora, MS refuses to accept the Gold card but the app says they do.

I have GoodRx Gold but I can't find any difference in the price of GoodRx Gold and GoodRx for the drug RHOFADE. Why not? How can I speak with a person at GoodRx?
GoodRx has systematically entered in forwarding emails into their system from previously forwarded emails by myself to print. My printer has its own email address that I use to forward to, in order to print what I want printed.

goodRX charged my master card and then with the chat consultation they said "based on my information they could not provide the service."

The pharmacy in the Basha's at 3275 N. Swan in Tucson, AZ refused to accept Good Rx on a prescription on 100 5mg capsules of Zaleplon saying the price was too low at $22.94 and they don't It was several miles out my way to get there. This was a couple of weeks ago and I didn't know Good Rx had a complaint form online.
The price at the pharmacy does not agree with the website and I ended up paying twice what the GoodRX because no one answers either of the customer service numbers on their website. That was yesterday. Those numbers are still NOT working today.
This card will not be honored at any pharmacy in St.Bernard parish Walgreens, CVS, Winn Dixie, ect.
