To Whom this may concern:

This is something that needs urgent attention, this has been corresponded before. The bus leaves the depo (electric city) @5h20 and reaches my stop at 5h40. (Hillcrest). I would like to know why is it that we get to Elsies at 7h30? This is ridiculous, take a guess what time does the Kilarney people get to their stop? I have sent out 1000's of emails regarding drivers that are appointed and do not know the routes. Why can't Gabs show their drivers routes prior to them getting on a bus, this will avoid accidents as well. Drivers need to learn and practice, yes but not at customer expense. A Lot of passengers got out of this bus yesterday and this morning due to this same driver stopping on his brakes the whole drive through.

No one comes back to our emails and there are never visible conductors on this route to see the [censored] we should go through, on a daily basis getting late to work and written warnings. We just heard from your conductors write a petition but Fokkel gets it done, we pay ticket fares of R1040 plus why do we deserve service like this on this route especially. I am requesting feedback on this email and a way forward for us. Next point, why are we discriminated against by having only 4 buses for the peak starting at 5am in the morning? We are not referring to the late travelers of the 2 Blaauberg. There are 10 Makhaza buses and 20 driftsands buses. And we need to just shut up and accept how we get treated in overful buses and drivers that drive like taxi drivers and some driving decent getting us to the destination in time and safely.

In the afternoon on the same route as from 16h00 peak, there are only 4 electric city buses back. 2 in the time frame form 4 and when that driver leaves the depo early not even worried about the passenger he leaves with a empty bus most times leaving us to take a Mfuleni that is not fair as they arrive late and the Mfuleni people takes our Electric city buses makinig it full and there bus empty most times.

We  know this battle will never be won but the request is to add at least more buses to our route in peak hours as from 16h30 - 17h30 we had a bus but after the festive season it has not been put back.

And peak in the morning you took the Late Blaauwberg of the route not thinking how it would implicate things for the passengers. We will still have a shortage issue in the morning especially in the morning with ONE 5h00am bus and it is overfull. Where are the Eerste river conductors regulating each bus in the morning and letting you guys know what the real problem is, what are they getting paid for?  The conductors have more of an attitude with the passengers when we ask about these things most of the time is who they know.

And all we hear is get a petition. I want to know why? As a paying customer for more than 10years this [censored] does not change. I request someone to get back to me assisting the Electric City commuters in a proper way from requesting the petition to the designated drivers and they should at least know their routes prior to getting on a bus. I will be sending this email as far and wide so people will know what goes on behind Golden Arrows real service
