I have been fighting for my order for over a month. I have paid in full. I have been told 2 times it was delivered but it never came. Customer service lies to you and say they will ship it. My experience is similar to many of these reviews. I was given the run around from customer support for weeks. Just read the screenshot of the email I sent.
I ordered goda perfume on August 13th and use this tracking number Gp540129 but I was told they can not find it. My card was charged but still haven’t received my order.
I purchased 2 bottles of 'for her'. I have opened today to use after finishing my previous batch, but the scent is 'for him'. Goda has packaged 'for him' in a 'for her' bottle instead. Now I smell like a man!
I ordered my perfume at the end of February... It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received my perfume or a refund. I'm pissed because I keep getting emails telling my the order is in the final stages of being processed.
