Goda Perfume review: Unreliable company

Im going to explain this here, first this doesn't work at all. But that's not the problem with this company and Im going to share my experience with evidence. I made an order thinking that it was a good product, after 10 minutes I decide to cancel the order and sent an email.

Good afternoon, i received the shipped confirmation email and I do want to cancel the order as I requested. Please, I did the request a couple minutes after the order was placed. Please, cancel this and process the refund ASAP, thank you.

Thanks for reaching out.
I checked your order and it’s already been processed and shipped, so cancellation isn’t possible at this stage.
He just waisted time to get the order shipped and avoid the cancellation. I told him multiple times that I want my money back and the order cancelled because I requested before the order was processed. This was his answer, Thanks for getting back to me.
Since the order is already on the way, I can do a 30% refund on it. You’ll still receive the order, just at a lower cost. He decided that the full refund was not an option and gave me 50%.
Please do not order this product, ah and they include a monthly subscription when you buy their product and you don't notice until they collect the next month money.
