Goda Perfume review: Horrible customer service and no products

I ordered 2 bottle of perfume on 12/29/25. I have never received them and they have never shipped them. I sent emails like the site said never heard back. 1/15/26 I requested to cancel my order and be refunded. Followed the instructions and again never heard back or received my refund. Then today I notified I would be charged for my monthly subscription. What monthly subscription. I went on their site to cancel this (even though I didn't sign up for it). I then get an email saying I skipped a month. No I Canceled what I didn't even sign up for. No customer service number to call, emailing they don't email you back and BBB gives them an F rating. Please be aware and don't order from them.
