I sent a request to have my subscription cancelled. I received several auto emails to try to keep me to continue it by offering special pricing. I refused. I received an email verifying my subscription had been cancelled. A couple of weeks later I received an email verifying that a package of thier product which contained the subscription items shipped to me with the price being charged for said product. I sent back an email to their customer support department with documentation of the cancellation of the subscription, their website page verifying I no longer had a subscription, a notice that I was sending the product back with the Postal Tracking information. I stated I wanted the full refund of the product as well being reimbursed for having to ship back an order that should not have been sent.
I continued to get their automated special offers again. I asked for the auto emails to stop and I requested a supervisor’s email and or phone number to fix their error in sending this product to me after the subscription had been cancelled. Unfortunately I never got neither because there is not any of that information on the site. Just the continuous auto emails. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and explained my problem. Since then I have not received anymore emails and still waiting to see if they will refund me as well as refund the shipping of the product due to their error and not mine.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not help give you any help and other than the auto emails you cannot speak to anyone. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
