Goda Perfume review: Perfume and body oil

I ordered this buy 3 get 3 free on December 22 2025 with the understanding that it would be shipped within 5 business days, I've been waiting and emailed this company multiple times and received one response that they're a small business and are trying to fill the orders that was weeks ago. I have yet to hear anything further after emailing several more times still no tracking number. I think I've been more than patient. This company is not a small business as they advertise on several social media platforms. After further investigation it seems several complaints have been made. Something needs to be done. Please help...
