Goda Perfume review: Trying to return and get a refund as well as not communicating with me when it arrived which cost me money to pick up
I have texted, emailed , posted and emailed several more times. I want to return the items. The scent is not for me and no one is responding to my emails. I also did not get an update upon arrival which I asked for and it cost me an extra $44.25 to pick up at the post office. Take back your product and give me a full refund. I’m tired of asking for help. I want a printed up form so it doesn’t cost me any more money to return it. Unauthorized Charges. I canceled continued shipping. I can’t use the body oil as fast as they continue to ship. I canceled and they continue to ship and take my money out of my account.
I ordered the product back in September and have yet to receive my product and they have since charged my account another time.
My item was ordered in September and I have not received it yet. My item number is GP39-9234 and then I was charged again on GP5336518
