I placed an order with GODA Products that was never delivered. After waiting well beyond a reasonable timeframe, I contacted the company to report the missing order and make it clear that I did not want any further shipments.
Despite this, GODA charged my debit card again for another order after I had already notified them of the issue. Charging a customer again after an undelivered order and explicit communication is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about billing practices.
The lack of accountability, failure to resolve the original issue, and subsequent unauthorized charge show a complete disregard for basic customer service. Consumers should proceed with extreme caution and closely monitor their bank statements if they choose to do business with this company.
Please do not to business with this company. I am making a formal complaint to the better business bureau.
