I placed an order in September 2025, order number GP686962 at a cost of €53,85 EUR. This has never been received. There have been over thirty email communications with me chasing up a refund and them promising to investigate. This is unacceptable and I need a resolution, either send the products or process my refund. I also made a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau but they have closed the complaint due to lack of response from Goda. This is unacceptable customer service and basically theft as people are not receiving products for money paid or refunds when requested. I have now read numerous similar complaints about the company that I wish I had seen before I placed my order.
Claimed loss: 53,85 euros
Desired outcome: Please send products or refund to PayPal as the debit card used to originally pay has now expired.
