When I 1st signed up with GO2 bank, they were prompt and courteous and despite the lack of more convenient banking, I was satisfied with their service. But now that they're acquired much capital, their customer service has been rude, condescending, and inept. But the main problem is that I've lost at least $200 in authorization hold that were never released and credited back to my account. I say at least because it only represents the current statement period. I'm a very busy man that stays at hotels all over the country and I don't check my account every day. But I would assume that any authorization hold for incidentals would be released with any balance due credited back to my account. This hasn't happened and it's not only from hotels, it's been amounts that were authorized at gas stations too after the actual amount was paid from my account. When I called the bank to inquire and resolve the problem, the CSA was rude and overtalked me when I trying to explain the situation. She then released the most recent auth hold immediately even though it wasn't the hold I was calling about. When I tried to explain that to her, she hung on me and never called me back. A long time customer with solid account credentials with a serious banking issue that they were responsible and should be accountable for... and the CSA hung up on me. Unacceptable. I was so angry, I had to take 2 days to simmer down before I attempted to call back. But I was on hold for so long, I had to hang up before a CSA answered the line. Just this statement period aloe, there have been two $75 gas station authorizations and one $50 hotel incidental authorization that have not been credited back to me and have mysteriously disappeared from my transactions list. Fortunately, I have receipts, photos, and ca copy from the hotel detailing all authorizations and charges that proves that the authorizations were there. I haven't even looked at my previous 2 statements yet, so who knows how much money this bank has stolen from me. So, after I tally everything, I will call them back and will file a criminal lawsuit against them if I am not reimbursed as soon as possible. I'll also contact all of the account holders with similar issues to file a class action suit against GO2 bank ecause I'm not the only one something like this has happened to. I will also contact the media where I have "friends" who will broadcast how scandalous GO2 bank is and has become if I don't get my money back ASAP. I am sick and tired of paying institutions to treat me like crap when I have a problem that they should solve. In short, I despise bad customer service in general and will have no problem making sure that GO2 bank pays for theirs if I am not satisfied. This is not a threat, it's a reaction that anyone who works hard for their money would have after they've been ripped off and taken for granted in the interim. I’ll add one photo indicating one of the authorizations that was never returned. Then after I review my last 3 statements thoroughly, I’ll submit more proof later, and in court, if necessary.

G.D. Acct # 7736

Desired outcome: I want ALL of the money owed to me returned to my account from authorizations that were held and never credited back to my account regardless of the amount. on or before September 25, 2023.
