Gus Frangos, President of Cuyahoga County Land Bank, is up to no good. Gus Frangos purchases investment property, hides the property under the guise of an LLC, collects rent money, and then fails to pay his own property taxes and mortgage payments. Gus Frangos is in charge of all of the property in the Cuyahoga County Land Bank. The Land Bank actively targets others that fail to timely pay their property taxes in an attempt to take their property via tax foreclosure. Gus Frangos has pending civil complaints regarding his failure to pay his own mortgage. Gus Frangos needs to be removed from his position immediately. The land bank was created to stop the foreclosure crisis, and Gus Frangos - PRESIDENT of the County Land Bank - is in the midst of a pending foreclosure action for his investment properties. He is adding fuel to the mortgage foreclosure crisis- all while collecting a taxpayer funded salary. Millions of dollars are flowing thru his greedy hands.
