Closed account and never recieved my refund check...!!!
I had filed my 2020 taxes and recieved my funds in 2021 due to somethings I had to fix before getting my refund check. It was direct deposited into my checking account with go2bank. But becaue I can't login to my google account on file with them and can't get the secuirty code from them which is sent to the number in file witch is now an old number that I dont have access to anymore. I can't get into my online account. So, they tell me that there is no other way to change my email or phone number on file unless I personally unless I do it from their app that I can't sign ito. So they tell me that the only way I can get my funds is to close the account and have a refund check sent to me. This is after they let me pay $35 dollars for a debit card with 2 day shipping that I cant even activate without loggin into the app or without the code from the old phone number on their file! they couldve told me thios befpre I wastede my money on rush shipping! but, no they didnt and so here I am after having my "refund check" sent to me about 10 times I still have yet to recieve my money from them. Its now the year 2023! I have other accounts with them and cant transfer my money or nothing. I dont understand how this is the only possible way to recieve my funds. How is there no back up plan? doesnt make sense. I now am going to have to take legal action all over $1,000 bucks from 2020 I still am trying to get! craziness!

Go2Bank after blocking access to my Atm/Money Card, requested Identity verification at a website that does not seem to work. www.verifymydocuments@greendotcorp.com Customer service access requires multiple calls, multiple transfers, and disconnections. The personal info on file is outdated..but my address is not! GreenDot can surely send a check to the address on file.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of my balance without fees because that is my RENT money and they have no right to hold it like that!
Prepaid card services / unauthorized transaction
I had unauthorized transactions done on my card I even tried putting no when I recieved the text asking if I did it and it said keyword not recognized... now this money is oo. Hold out of my account so I called them and they said wait til it goes through the. Disbute it when they could do a reverse and put the money back in my account. When I called and explain I didn't do this they said contact merchant when I don't have a clue what the merchant is and everytime I made it clear I know they cma. Stop the payment n out back in my account they would disconnect from me and would have to start the same argument again from begining with new person, now I am gonna be evicted cause I'm short my rent for transaction I didn't do is taken from my account so I'm the one who loses there money and the npeople who too it get it and I can't do anything g but wait and deal with the consequences from not having the money that I should of mine.. they weren't helpful at all.
Desired outcome: I want my money returned asap
very close situation myself.. never ending hold by customer service and chat if they answer at all. overdraft fees while having a positive balance and excessive waiting for money to be put back in my account when it should not have been taken in the first place. double and triple charges resulting in late fees with other companies and no way to get past low level call center customer service reps who refuse to even send documents that were needed to see what exactly they were stealing from me.

05/05/2022 They sent me a debit card that I had my check deposited on it on June 1st. On June 1st debit card was declined over and over again after calling 6 times I was told that the card could not be activated and that my account would be closed and that a check would be mail. That would take 2 to 3 weeks so in the mean time bills won't get paid.
Desired outcome: Closed down not a real bank
Refund check of 608.13 never received
Ok on Dec.1 the it's deposit 608.13 in my account well I couldn't get to my founds bc my Google account was closed and I had no access to well bc I didn't have my Google account the go2 bank was under I couldn't active my card with go2bank so I closed the account and ask for a refund of my money they said they will do so.. ok well then I ask how long they said two weeks I'll get it. So four weeks went by and the check was lost so they sent a second and cancelled the first one out and still no check from the it's been three months and counting and I call everytime I do they give me a deffrent story
Desired outcome: I just want my money and nouthing more

My GO2Bank debit card, notification says my card is locked, but my phone says it is unlocked. When I called the customer service and put my card numbers and security code it says it is invalid numbers, I checked it 4 times to make sure they were right. So I can't get in touch with customer service.
Reported fraud , they supposedly locked account but fraudulent charges were still processed , customer service needs to learn English
I receive my tax refund,11/16/2023 I made a few transaction on 11/20/2023 my card was blocked permanently in my account was closed I have call multiple times in they are telling me my account in under review I haven't receive any emails about the freeze of the account
Go ² bank is holding my money. Keep lying saying they sent my check its been four months nothing! Cust service: is no help if I can even get thru. I'm going to involve the poice and sue for mine and pain for having to go without lost my housing homeless stranded, etc. This is felony theft and fraud!
I have several transactions on my account that I did not authorize. I have the forms filled out an pics of the transactions that were not authorized by me. This is not the first time I've had this issue but is the first time it's been goin on for months an months. How are people able to use our information?
