I don't understand how you can legally sell lottery tickets and own machines that distribute lottery tickets if you can't cash them out. I was just told this evening that if my winnings are over $50 you can't cash them. I'm confused because I always was told that if you sold lottery as long as your winnings are below $600 you can cash me out. I would like to think as much as your products are over priced you should be making enough money to cash me out. I'm so glad I don't regularly shop at your store and I will not buy anything from that location ever again. I think it should be illegal for you to own any equipment that distributes lottery if you can't pay out anything over $50. The entire Giant Eagle franchise is a scam and you're lucky there are no Wegman's in the area because you would be out of business in a year.
