Getaroom / falsified booking through getaroom and reservation desk

i have been scammed!! I did not reserve my room through Priceline, or Reservation Desk and do not know what CCI*Hotel Reservation is, which is what appears as the charge on my credit card.

I ONLY reserved a room directly through JW Marriott and somehow it was run through Reservation Desk with as the third party. I have been told it was booked through Priceline. None of this makes any sense since I only contacted JW Marriott directly.

The credit card used to pay the attached bill is not my credit card number.

The kicker is the resort assured me I would not pay resort fees because my window was covered with plastic and construction woke me up every day. I want a refund on any fees I have paid through Getaroom as I was promised by the resort.

    Our records indicate that on05/15/2019, 12:12 PM (America/Phoenix) you purchased a hotel reservation for JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort and Spa located at3800 W Starr Pass Blvd Tucson, AZ 85745. By securing this reservation online, you had to agree to the terms and conditions of this booking prior to submitting payment. In addition, upon completion of your booking, an electronic copy of your itinerary was sent via email to the following address (XXXXX) that you provided.
    All prepaid reservations that are posted on our website are fully visible along with the subtotal, tax recovery charges and service fees. In addition, the cancellation policy was fully disclosed at the time of booking and was agreed to by you at the time of purchase.
