General Electric review: microwave replacement

We have a GE Profile microwave. If is about 5 years old. It was a replacement for another GE microwave installed in our home in May 2005. After about 5 years of our using the first microwave, the finish or coating on the top of the cooking chamber started peeling off the metal leaving small pieces of God knows what on the floor of the chamber and the turntable. Such a thing should not have happened under any circumstances. Shortly after we discovered the fallen pieces of finish we stopped using the microwave. A service man came to the house and pronounced the unit unfixable. We complained to GE and suddenly one day (I cannot remember the exact date) a replacement unit like the original one was delivered and installed by GE at no charge to us. Our faith in GE was restored until a few days ago when the same type of peeling as occurred on the first microwave we had started to occur on the unit we now have. Under the circumstances, and to restore our confidence in GE once more, we earnestly request that GE replace the second GE microwave at no charge. Yours.
