I have had this refrigerator for less then a year. Today will be the 3rd visit by Bode-well addressing the reason why the ice maker isn't working. They have replaced the compressor, fan, board, free-on and other parts I have no information on. Now the freezer is not freezing anymore, definitely no ice, and the refrigerator are not working. I have lost so much food because I have loaded up the space in the only extra refrigerator we have. Why we have had to deal with this is beyond me. Why would a company spend that much money on parts is also beyond me. Plus this refrigerator is discontinued. Wouldn't want another anyway.. I am extremely disappointed with GE. I have bought many of their products but this will be the last one. And the appointment I set up again yesterday the agent said they would be here today between 8-12. Now I look back at the appointment message and see she has 8/27. So very inefficient.

I bought a G.E. double wall oven in November 2025 and the actual temperature inside the oven is nearly 50 degrees hotter than the temperature programed on the control panel. I had a Bodewell repairman come to fix the problem which did not work. Another repair was set up to fix the problem but the repairman did not show up. When I contacted him, he said the appointment had been changed to another time but I was never notified about the change of time. I would never recommend Bodewell to fix any appliance that I have. You can't speak to a person at Bodewell, only a machine that can't answer a question.
