My tracking number MY40021470163
Parcel from PJ to Penang only take One day deliver transfer, but
from Penang Bayan Baru to Bayan Lepas it took NINE days cannot delivery to customer's hand!

I complain 3 times to sender, their feedback is undelivery due to held back in office! May I know what is undelivery? The sender already informs them when delivery MUST contact the receiver, but I never received any call from GDex driver even never miss-call from my phone.

Please advice, it very poor service!

    Consignment no [protected], outbound from BKI station Kota Kinabalu on 20th of april 2018, it's been 10 day's the parcel being outbound... makes me wonder.. why it take more then 10 day to delivered the item..

    Sent in complaint/comment around 1:13pm - 10/1/08. Customer service (Ms.Afidah) [email protected] prompt respond at 1:19pm and requested for damage bed frame images. Thank you and M waiting for further action from GDEX.

    Please alert. Kalau kerja kau hantar barang, kau hantar je lah barang. Panas ke, mendung ke, nak hujan ke. Buat je lah kerja kau. Kenapa kurang ajar dengan mak aku. aku ada dekat situ okay. Aku dengar apa kau cakap dekat mak aku. Kata lambat lah. Panas la. Pale otk kau. Tak smpai seminit pun kau tunggu kejap. Bodoh punya laki.

    barangan tidak sampai mengikut alamat yang ditetapkan.kejadian berlaku pada 31.1.2017 paada pukul 3 petang.saya terpaksa mengambil barangan saya ditempat lain dengan alasan out of coverage.ni alamat barangan saya.

    Date : 3/1/20178 - My Parcel was send out by SatuGadjet.com. Until now i haven't receive my parcel.

    Already follow up with customer service, my parcel has been missing. This complain is for reference to claim my parcel form SatuGadjet.com.

    i was purchase something with Lazada.com but my item has not arrive yet. i get the tracking number ([protected]) but my item still in PJY Station from 20 January 2017 until today. i want to know why my item has not arrive yet. Thank you.

    1) No one answer the call (at least 10 times)even klang, shah alam or kl brunch.

    2) my parcel status was showing Undelivered due to Sorry Card, but i was at home yesterday all along the day to wait for the parcel.

    i waiting my parcel for long time, tracking no [protected],
    working day also not deliver???????it say i will get it 1-3 days, now 6 days is gone, i still havent received, just say the parcel have inbound at KAM station

    When other company driver sent delivery cant find the place will call the recipient. But yours no! How are yours do!!! Send back package to office wait office call!!! Office call us ask the actual address for what??? Is driver send the package or office??? Stupid procedure!!! Please solve this problem ok???

    Item deliver was uncessfull while im around the area, your mailman just need to call to pickup the item. Now my item is sent back to seller. What is this?

    Saya nak complain skit ye... Setiap kali pesaban saya sampai dekat gdex nilai... Mesti diirang tak hantar sampai lah saya kol.. Lepastu tunggu punya tunggu tak jugak hantar. Lepastu kol kita suruh ambik dekat tempat diirang request. Boleh je kot guna google maps carik address.. Sampai kena ambik sendiri... Hmmmmm tolongggggg la perbaiki service...

    GDex Skudai Malaysia said my item is undelivered due to nobody is at home.
    But my wife, myself and my son is at home all the times.
    No even call receiving.
    Went I call Customer Service, the respond will try delivery on next 2 day which is Monday on 22/5/2017.

    - Date of the incident: 12.05.2017
    - Miss delivery of urgent parcel from Lac Packaging & Printing Press Sdn Bhd
    to Linaco Manufacturing Sdn Bhd.
    - This is urgent parcel that we have to receive on 12.05.2017, but no delivery was make due to miss pickup at Hub (Hq) to Gdex Batu Pahat.

    I called to Kluang gdex centre for asking abt my courier. A malay girl pick up my call with a very bad attitude. She have no patient and impolite speak loudly to me. When I asked abt her name, she do not tell me and even hang up my call. Please response to this attitude problem of your staff. Thanks.

    Has called gdex customer service last week and have arranged for 2nd delivery on our parcel on 30/6/2017 but today until 1pm I am still waiting for gdex to deliver. I'm trying to call gdex customer so many time.. I need my shipment by today without any reason failure!!!

    Hai my tracking num is [protected]. Saya bayar postage fee berjumlah rm17 utk brg x smpi sekilo dr semenanjung ke sbh... Bg sy sgt la mahal... Brg pun lambat sampai... Mmg sgt x berbaloi dgn cas yg diberikan... Jika menggunakan poslaju adalah lebih laju dan murah... Tolongla bg cas postage fee berbaloi dgn servis penghantaran anda. Terima kasih

    Dear G Dex, 18 July 2017 the parcel has been collected, 19 July 2017 outbound from hub to ipoh brunch until 22 July 2017 I have receive my parcel.
    21 July 2017 spoken to gdex customer service malay's girl, she said will get back to me soon until now no one call me back.

    The said have a customized service for urgent delivery (SDD), my husband went to Rawang branch, Malaysia and the lough out and said there is no such thing. It always take 48 hours,

    Then why bothered to advertised in your website about SDD. Please remove because they are mislead the public and wasting our time to look out for SDD service.

    Sudah 1 bulan barang saya blm sampai.. Berkali-kali call gdex alasan mereka akan buat laporan..alasan flight delay.. Helooo.. G Sarawak ambik masa 2 hari je pun seperti yg anda bagitau dalam mesej.. Kenapa smpai harini brg saya msh kt PJ??

    It has been 3 days my parcel arrived at Batu Pahat HQ yet the item is not delivered to my house. The item is very urgent for the business but the GDex service is super bad 😩😩and been calling GDex yet no one answers it.

    On Friday I check my items had received at Taiping GDex on early morning. However the items I have yet to received on next Monday. I called to report and somehow they gave me the runner number. When i called him he said he did went to an address (WRONG ADDRESS BUT NEVER CALL ME) and now no time to deliver (4pm). According to Gdex last is 7pm.

    my parcel with tracking number MY30050682003 is very late to arrive .. it contains very important documents for me... the parcel is outbound from tawau stations on 15th sept 2018... and yet it still in transit without inbound to semporna branch. i hope someone look after semporna branch for a batter services. tq

    Hi, i having problem with Gdex service where the material only delivery half way. And request myself collect from some where.

    This incident happen in area of Batang Melaka ( Melaka state). The material only deliver up to Gememcheh.
    Can you explain to me why i need to spend another 20 min drive time to another town collect my parcel?

    its been 4 days and it is still "in transit" . Please check!

    Call to the office and there is a guy from customer services hang up my calls.

    Parcel inbound at GDex Pasir Gudang on 6.9.2018 but until 18.9.2018 the parcel still not deliver to me. Consignment no MY43030127620. More than 2 weeks already. Why have to keep the parcel for so long? Please do something. Lots of complaints have been made by the customers but the service still very bad.

    Gdex parcel is too slow. Post from KL to Sarawak on friday. Saturday stop at PJ transit. Monday afternoon then send out to sarawak. Then no more update again on that day.

    Hi there, I have received a damaged bed frame on 29/9/18 at round 11:03am. My tracking number is MY30053767425, it's a set of bed frame with mattress. Mattress was fine but just the bed frame has been twisted or bended. Please see attached images for your reference and further action. Cheers
