I want to complain why we send the letter on 03 April 2017 no immediately send to customer (please refer your C/N No. : [protected], date : 03-04-2017), until yesterday our received call that customer no receive the letter, so call to GD Sungai Petani Office the operator say the documents no send yet until 19 April 2017 just known the letter already send. (refer attachment as below)
Before that our company no receive any call from GD Office that why the document late delivery two weeks, so our company no satisfied your service.
