GameStop review: trade in

I was trading in a Nintendo 3ds system and when they were unable to reset the ds itself, I was harassed into being told it was all my fault and they wouldn't even try again or let me try to fix the issue, instead I was kicked out the door. I asked to see if I could fix the problem myself at the store so I could get guidance but was shut down immediately. The I offered to do it myself at home and bring it in, and then was told that they won't allow that either.
