GameStop review: Employee

-4/15/2020 I purchased a ps4 game headset for pickup today at store. I live 40 minutes from the store. I received email that pickup was ready. I arrived at the store at 7:30 pm. Stood outside the store and called the number 12 times no answer to advise I was outside. The store employee hide in the back avoiding work. There was multiple customers out front waiting and calling as well. Employee did not answer phone nor come from back of the store til after closing at 8:03 pm. I knocked on the glass he came out and advise the employee that it was absolutely ridiculous to have to wait over 30 minutes and after closing to catch him to do his job. He did not acknowledge me or apologize, although there was no excuse. From the customers out front they stated this is not the first time this employee did that. States he always hide out in the back to avoid work and you can never get anyone at the store when he is there at this location. The worst experience I have ever had
