GameStop review: customer service

I was trying to trade in my ps4 slim after the guy gave me the estimate and test out my ps4 I told him I'm a gonna get a receipt because my girlfriend want to see the receipt after I sell it because she also want to sell hers he automatically told me he can't not accept my console because it not mine. I told him that the ps4 is mine and that I have proof of purchase with me with my name and serial number on the receipt. I felted very discriminated because he was going to accept it and then he was like gamestop has the right to refuse trade in. The thing was that he was gonna accept it at first because he think it not mine when I have all proof the the console it my and under my name I have the receipt with the my name on the receipt and the same credit card I purchased it with and the serial number on the receipt and still said no that I have bring my girlfriend he cam buy it off from her . When I told him multiple time that it my I have no problem bringing her but she gonna say that it not her console that is my. The guy is extremely stupid why would my girlfriend come to sell my console when it not her. He gonna say the same thing that he cant sell it to her because it not her. I later went to a different gamestop and explained to then the situation and td me she the there no such policy for asking that question on who console it belong if you have ID I also trade it in the console with no problem. The time that I had the problem with the first gamestop was at 8/21/19 at 7pm
