Gameloft review: Dreamlight valley

Disney Dreamlight Valley. Game keeps on freezing which leads to the program not responding and crashing every time I open the application. Review:

I've been a long-time player of Gameloft games, but recent experiences have been disappointing. The frequent in-game crashes, glitches and lags are intrusive, and customer support is slow. Updates often introduce more bugs than they fix. I hope Gameloft can address these issues to improve the player experience. I would like to enjoy the game but it tends to freeze, crash and lag at random and often
