Gameloft zombie anarchy

Gameloft world at arms/banned for no reason

My account is not hacked or is it, because as I load my old save it pops out a message indicating that I've been banned. But there is no possible reason for banning my account unless another player just randomly reported me and immediately registered my account as banned. If my account is reviewed, it is obvious and can be clearly seen that no cheats were applied.

Gameloft modern combat 5

I have played this fame for awhile and loved it, i log in using my facebook account but everytime i load with google app it created a new gamer profile i never chose. I bought amount of credit that was put automatically on the wrong account. I asked to fix but got told that gameloft does not reinburse or transfer the amount of credit i paid for.
So im issuing an official complaint about the poor service towards PAYING clients. Thank you.

I completed the bonus event as in the bonus event I opened 5 bounty packs and as per opening them I will awarded navy oni camo and 2 blueprints of firecracker but the Gameloft did't gave me anyone of them dated 11/6/17.

Gameloft banned

I found this site and was very impressed with all the cool games they had, so I decided to try it out and signed up.
I paid and purchased many games on Gameloft website, played a lot and had fun. But one day I wasn't able to lock in! I have no idea why but these guys banned me and I have no access to all of my games! I contacted customer service and they only reply I received said that I was banned. They never explained the reason! They got my money, allowed me to play a little bit and then banned me. I tried to get a refund, but it seems like they decided to keep my money. Beware!

Gameloft cheat and fraud business

I've been talking to gameloft customer support for over 7 months over an issue I've been facing in their game. I paid for this game but I lost my progress due to their developer's fault. They told me that their developers have found the issue and they are trying to fix this issue! After some time, now, they refuse that it's not their fault and they won't give me any compensation for this issue. I lost my progress and these guys are lying to me that it's not their issue.
They fool their customers by giving them wrong information and lying to them!
I've attached the screenshots of the emails they've sent me. On the first email they state that they've found the issue that caused me to lose my progress and they are working on it. On the second email, they deny that it wasn't their fault!
They're lying! It's a cheat!

Gameloft wrongfully banned from minion rush

I was playing Minion Rush for sometime on Apple iPad. Several times my iPad screen was irresponsible to the touch, so I have to re-start the iPad. When the screen came back on, I got a notice from Gameloft that my account is banned. I have not broken any of the rules. I contacted Gameloft several times, but they responded that they did not do anything wrong and it is my fault that I was banned. However, they did not provided any explanations or proof the reason it is my fault. I did nor break any rules. Please help to reinstate my account as soon as possible. Thank you.

Gameloft disconnection errors reimburse for account payments on game

For the last 4-5 months I have been actively playing siegefall version 571110 1.1. oi through Google play. I have submitted more than 6 emails to support services without any resolution along with calling several times without a real person ever answering the phone. I've spent over $200 on Google play cards to advance in the game and during any play time each day I will either be disconnected due to their server errors and I would lose all my cards as well as army that I collected and nothing has been done to resolve the matter. it has given me less of a desire to continue supporting any gamblers games due to hackers and there many server errors

I used the website www.gameloft.com within couple of months, but when I signed last night, the website threw me out. I tried again, but they have banned me. I tried everything in order to contact the moderators and solve the problem. However, the moderators avoided me and I couldn’t solve the problem on my own. I need some help, so please any ideas or advices.

Gameloft rip off

How Gameloft ‘subscribed’ me

1) Downloaded and got rid of crappy ‘free’ game from Play Store onto tablet with just wifi (not a phone). Game not by Gameloft so they trick you.

2) Phone company let Gameloft charge through my phone bill. Gameloft can’t prove I said okay.

Unsubscribe and refunds

1) unsubscribe SMS number and website button never work, they usually ignore email and don’t answer the phone.

2) they try to refund just 3 last months and takes 12 weeks.

Gameloft scam!!!

I was scammed by googlegameloft. It needs to be stopped and prosecuted. This is so sad for us. I have contacted google checkout. I await their response. I am contacting craiglist with this scam and also western union. Everyone needs to know!

Gameloft unauthorized payment

Completely unsolicited text message to my son's phone saying that he was subscribed to Gameloft Club for £3.00 per month until he texted STOP to 80100. Didn't text stop as no credit at the time, but as soon as he topped up they took the £3.00 out. The "helpline" number doesn't work and I've emailed them to request a refund but I don't expect a reply to be honest. This is simple scamming and I'm really cross that they can get away with it. Is there a watchdog or ombudsman or something for these providers?

I was $450 via multiple charges of $29, $4.99, and $1.99, when I did not order anything. The charges occurred on 5/23/2016 when I wasn't even online.

The took an unauthorized payment of £2.50 from my account today via my paypal account and I have had to change the password to stop it again. No response from the company which states on their website No refuds are given for whatver reason yet I have not authorised this payment and gave permission for it to be takena nd have not to mu knowledge bout anythingf rom them recently. Seems like a con to me

I downloaded Dungeon Hunter 4 to my phone and played for awhile until I need some gem in game so I bought from them and then they keep deduct my credit for nothing, I didn't check until today. It keep deduct again but this time I got SMS from my bank notify about this transaction. This company is a really lousy SCAM company. Don't buy anything from them ...

very stupid game, especially when opponent is having the ball and it's at 45 minute / 90 minute, they will be allowed to hold the ball till they finish the attack (most of the time they score); the referee will immediate blow the whistle if my team is having the ball at 45/90 minute.

another thing is the opponent can easily tackle the ball away, and it's almost impossible for my player to tackle and get the ball back. The opponent can always react extremely fast! crap!

I am extremely frustrated!

And there's no way to earn free cash!

me too! and charges are still appearing on my sprint bill every month and sprint said they cannot refund me the money that is being charged, how does one get a hold of these gameloft people!?

Gameloft charges made for orders not made

Hello I am writing to say about Gameloft making over £500 of charges to my Contract with T mobile and now have over £1000 in charges due to being cut off which is now being dealt with debt collecters. We contacted Gameloft for months with no response and were not sure where to go until I found this site. I hope you can help by telling me what my options are. I play an online game on my android device called Order and Chaos Online and you are able to buy online currency called runes. Now there are two ways you can do this. One is by using you mobile sim card and having the charges added to your bill or Credit card. Now I wanted to buy just 30 runes for £5. This charge of £5 kept coming out over and over again until my limit was reached bearing in mind I didn't find out until the next day. We contacted Gameloft through email and phone just to be hung up on or ignored. I hope there is something that you people could help me with. I have attached a photo but so you know there is 3 pages of bills or 6 printed pages from the website itself. If you would like more proof then please feel free to contact me
