FYE - FYE BSP VIP charge

Not sure how I got into this VIP club, probably a box I didn't uncheck somewhere. Nonetheless, I've been charged for months before noticing the charges, contesting them through Chase now.

NOT NOW OR EVER BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THIS COMPANY (to my knowledge)

Not sure what else to say. Hope this was a mistake but I see others are having similar issues.

Desired outcome: Refund and explanation of how this occurred

I got the FYE VIP to make some holiday purchases being told that it is “easy to cancel” when I put in my account number on the card ([protected]) it would let me add all the numbers? So I can’t get into the account. I wrote multiple emails and no one will respond or resolve this issue for me. Please help.

FYE - order got cancelled multiple times without any notice

My orders were cancelled again and again without any notice. The customer service is taking forever to reply message as message is the only way to reach them. Why am I still shopping at their website? Because unfortunately, I have their gift cards. If there is a way to cash out their gift card even if 50% off, I would. Too much headache to use the gift card.

FYE - online order was cancelled and gift card balance was never back

I used FYE gift card to make purchase online. The first time, the order was cancelled without any notice and even the whole order was disappeared from order history. The 2nd time, I made order again and carefully watched it. After over a week, the order was not shipped yet, so I sent message to FYE (the only option). No reply. After a few days, the order was cancelled. I sent message to FYE again and the customer service replied back in a week that it's due to my credit card's billing address was not matched. I replied back that I used gift card. Any way, I tried to make online order the 3rd time. The order got cancelled again. I message FYE and it took a week to get back that repeating the prior message that my billing address was not matching. In addition, I found my gift card balance became 0 and never come back. I sent messages to FYE which is the only way to contact them. After the whole week, no one answered me. I called the gift card contact number and they asked me to go to physical store which is another state to make purchase. However, the physical store said my gift card balance is 0. What is going on?

FYE - Customer service

I ordered a chase funko pop which you had it listed as chase and did not get it! You have a disclaimer of course the issue is I wanted to return it and I needed to do it within 30 days of receipt but thanks to your wonderful customer service my time is ! "Kris" is who I was dealing with and she just left me hanging after asking numerous times to return my item.

FYE - Still haven't received order!!

I placed an order on Tue, Dec 1, 2:24 PM for ONE item. After 9 days of nothing I tried to find out about shipping times on two separate occasions via their FB page. Both comments were deleted and no response. I then e-mailed and asked the same question. 2 days later I get a lame response and no resolution. Then within a day I get tracking info saying my one item has been shipped. My order has now been sitting in pre-shipment since 12/14. I understand mail has been messed up but 20 days of nothing and a half-butt response is unacceptable. This is a Christmas gift that most definitely will not arrive in time and I either want my money back or this product over-nighted.

FYE - Online order - vinyl record

I placed order online at www.fye.com for a vinyl record on 11/29/20. FYE marked it shipped on 12/8/20. After 9 days, The tracking number still shows USPS has NEVER received the package from FYE, in order to deliver it, and FYE keeps blaming USPS.

I am fed up with their incompetennce, and they refuse to allow you to speak with anyone over the phone, in order to resolve issues.

I want my order cancelled and refunded, and I never want to deal with their company again.

When I was in your store in Sioux City Iowa the week of Dec 1st, 2020 I needed assistance with finding a CD, so I asked one of your employees by the name of Patience (who was very, very rude and smells heavily of alcohol). She was unhelpful and acted as if I was a bother. So thanks to her I did not make the purchase I was going to make. I will never go back to your store again. I will gladly take my business somewhere else.

FYE - a bill I get monthly from fye vip. they charge me $11.99 per month and I have no idea why.

My wife handles the bills and has noticed a monthly bill of $11.99 for fye vip. Well we didn't sign up for whatever the hell this is.
This has been going on for a year but because we moved she hadn't checked the account as closely as she usually does. Remodeling our house has been her focus because of the cost of repairs. I have looked on the internet and found this to be a problem for a lot of people. So how has this been happening?
How did our information get to fye? How can I join the class action lawsuit? I'm being ripped off and I'm disabled so I can't afford this crap.

I received the wrong item. I order an CD from Fye .com. The address is Fulfillment Center, 300 Omicron Court, Shepherdville, Ky, 40165. The order number is # [protected]. The title i suppose to be " Tiempo Del Alamar, from the Spanish Group, Menudo. But, I received the wrong one. I received ( show below ) and the back is not the same. The total of amount for the CD is $4.39.
