Anarchy Online account unplayable
I am a long-time player of Anarchy Online, and recently my account has become unplayable. I have emailed support, and have an in-game petition, that after several days has not been answered.
How does a character get stuck logged into the server, for a week?
I am not logged in to my account, how am I stuck logged in?
Why are we going on a week and no one has contacted me, or looked into my issue?
When can I expect a resolution for my issue?
Recommendation: This is a great old game, but it's losing it's luster.

Awful. I paid for a subscription to one of their games
Awful. I paid for a subscription to one of their games. Age of Conan. Probably their least popular game, so I get they don't give it much attention, but they took my money. However, my account never registered premium membership. It's been 2 weeks (2 of the 4 weeks I paid for) and no response. You don't want to pay technical attention to an old game no one plays, that's fine. I get that. But once you take someone's money, your provide them a service or a refund. Otherwise, it's just fraud. Or theft. Either way, Funcom should not be permitted to operate in the US.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
The most likely reason that you have not received premium time on your account is that your payment has either failed, has not completed or you have some other payment issue on your account. Once you contact us directly (since I cannot locate you via the information here) we can assist you better.

I have come back to the game
I have come back to the game. An it seems that Funcom has broken their password system. You can change you Password to your account, but it won't change the game password. This issue caused issue for me. I feel security is compromised now. With this being said, the Age of Conan Unchained game Funcom supplies to customer has "ZERO" support. They can do Updates to the game but not make it. Where people can Change their password for both Account and Game. Not only that.. the system won't allow you to get ingame on other accounts if you have forgot your password. Honestly this can't be a hard fix for them to do. An they need more support to this game. People do pay for it.

My apologies you had a frustrating experience with your password. There are actually two passwords for your account and you may have them set differently.
One password is for your account page on our website then there is a separate password for your ingame subscription. Please verify that you are using the right password. You can change your password for either using the "forgot your password" links or in your account settings under "Change your Password."

Anarchy online/ my accounts
I have had 2 accounts frozen. The first one was banned for no reason at all I can't get them to take it off. I've sent in a lot of tickets still nothing been like 5 months. @nd is my shadowland account they will NOT accept any of my payments despite both accounts being linked to my main full paid account that HAS been paid through Paypal. NOBODY answers the tickets NOBODY responds. Its beyond frustrating. I've already had to contact the BBB, really don't want to again. But it doesn't seem FC cares about the people paying thier bills.
Desired outcome: take the ban off my account and let me pay for my second one
