My internet has been problematic for days and they talked me into signing up for another service with them and that still didn’t resolve the problem so they said they’ll send a new router but this whole time they were informed that they had the address wrong and they assured me that it was being corrected and sent the router to the wrong address and UPS returned it to sender so now I still have to wait on the router and still have wifi issues. The main problem was that they would bounce me from rep to rep to tech to tech and even hung up on me on the phone. They are the only service I can get in the area and they know this so they don’t care whether they help or not. They have been a thorn for years. I think retribution is called for.
Claimed loss: At least some discounts and retributions for down time
Desired outcome: Replacement Router and no charge for the repaired or replaced service. I would like to add the multiple chats but their chat service doesn’t allow copy and paste or a way to have the chat sent to you. I may be able to send screenshots
