I had my service on vacation hold when I got back I am I called them and for them to cancel my service immediately because I'll be moving. I'll be moving but the guy told me that OK they canceled my service and he said that I have nothing on my bill. I have a four dollar credit I said to keep it and I asked him if anything what's my next bill he says you owe nothing. You canceled your service within that time. So you're nothing no I'm getting a builder trying to take out $200.74 out of my account after I was told I owe nothing. This is what happens when a company now ask like Verizon.

Desired outcome: Honor the direct customer service reps says I owe nothing and stop trying to take money that you guys said I owe nothing

Frontier’s Communications no I was on vacation with my service educational came back saw that now they're advertising frontier by Verizon and I canceled my service because really I was moving to Hawaii now they're billing me what are they building before after the rep said that I owe nothing. This is a Verizon.
