Frigidaire review: ffhs2612ls refigerator

Bought a total Frigidaire appliance package from Aplliance Smart and in exactly 2 weeks the refrigerator stopped working. I came home to water allover the floor where the ice had melted and everything inside was spoiled. I looked and the thermostat and it was blinking 4 on the refigerator side and a steady 9 on the freezer side. When asked if Frigidaire would compensate me for the food, they offed $25.00 gift certificate. We haven't even started discussing what has happened to the floor. ApplianceSmart will not take the refrigerator back, so now I'm stuck with a machine that isnt even fit to be a cooler, as the food thaws and spoils in a 1 day of it not running. How often do refrigerators break within 2 weeks of the puchase date? What happened to products that last 10-15-20yrs? And customer service that acually cared for and would replace what they had damaged?
