this company is the worste of the worste they use a bait and switch technique, they are not family friendly, if your considering them run as far awaay as possible, it took me 2 months just to get everything complete, my family even had to take a crash course in CNA then they just keep adding on stuff like a TB test and physical, there not trying to be a nurse, they dont need to know anatomy and physiology, but thats what they make you go through, i would not refer this company to anybody trying to care for family,

this company is the worst of the worst. one they have people who answer the phone using a script in broken English, they tell you the process is easy but it was 2 months and still had not got services, they are not family friendly, the process is a bait and switch they had my CG do a crash course in CNA it took them 4 days to complete, they make you learn anatomy and physiology it was like a cna course without the state exam. they make it extremely difficult for family to take care of family, i would not refer this company to anybody in the United States. there are better agencies out there that will compensate more and have better CS
