My caregiver get only 8.45 hours. Once he was only paid for a few and now even though he clocked in 9 hours total just to make sure the 8.45 was in, he got paid less! No one will get back to him from there. No one calls back.
He is about to stop doing this for me.
I am calling medicaid to complain. I think they are stealing hours from clients to rip off medicaid. And I am going to voice that opinion to medicaid. and He is calling the NV labor board.

My checks are short and when I email no one answers and i am sick of it! I know they are charging medicaid so I will be calling them to complain.

My caregiver was only given 8.45 hours and they can't even pay that. When you email to complain no one ever calls back.
I am calling medicaid to complain because essentially they are ripping off medicaid.
And my caregiver is filing complaint with the labor board.
