My name is mike I care for a friend who is in a wheelchair after about 20 minutes of answering questions on the phone I was denied help because I do not have a smart phone or smart devices I have a computer and email even though I was qualified for help freedom care is a missouri funded program they will not help because they insist on face time this is prejudice against poverty level people who really need the help this was on 12/10/25
