We filed a dispute with our credit card and this company sent a text saying the dispute was closed and went in the business favor that is a big fat lie and sending a copy to us which never happened. This company is only good for one thing is lies fraud and price gouging. They put a 3-ton air unit in when we had a 2 1/2-ton that's what are receipt says. The google reviews you can't trust and the bbb you can't trust because the companies are paying the bbb fraud in the inducement occurs when a person tricks another person into signing an agreement to one's disadvantage by using fraudulent statements and representations.
