Frank Gay Services review: Read and make your own choice, research Frank Gay before hiring

I had an AC issue, so I called Frank Gay, and they said it was a fan motor. Two thousand dollars later... still no AC, old motor was conveniently thrown out within 12 hours when I had asked it to have it checked. Then they talked me into a unit, paid $12,000+, and still no AC; they installed an undersized unit and found out today never paid for the permit. Filed with the county and state today because I will not sign a confidentiality letter; folks need to know. I just wished I had looked up their lawsuits before hiring them; I am assuming their attitude is just add another one to the list. Do what you would like with this very brief factual account.
