Frank Gay Services review: Don't use... Ever!

Frank Gay's technician damaged my drainage pipe in the kitchen by jerking out a "snake" that had been stuck, which resulted in a complete drainage system replacement to the tune of $9000. To get a discount on this work I had to sign up for their service plan which included twice a year AC inspection They came out and inspected. Said everything was working OK but for me to start saving my money as I would need a new system before too long. Didn't clean the unit, however, the schrader valve on the high side port was loosened and created a slow leak, resulting in all of the freon eventually leaking out. Needless to say, I terminated my "service" contract with them and had another company come out to service and recharge the system. It took 7 lbs of freon and the total bill was $800. I tell everyone not to use this company and every time I see one of their vehicles on the road, I feel anger and rage. I'm elderly, retired, living on social security and feel they totally ripped me off. Their personnel are nice enough, but they get a commission bonus so they're always looking for ways to "rack up your bill". Call anyone but them for plumbing and AC services.
