Fox Rent A Car review: Never use FOX - they will leave you without transportation

I booked Fox for the first and last time. I was supposed to get a car at the SLC airport. When we got to the shuttle pickup area there were five other couples waiting for Fox. The shuttle was supposed to come every 15 to 30 minutes. We all started calling after some had been waiting for 30 minutes (we had been waiting 20.) I and my wife called several numbers, the one on our booking receipt was corporate office. My wife finally got the local dispatch number, called them three time. The last time at 11:45, and talked to Maria, who said the shuttle would be there. It never came. We are not out almost $500. We had to book another car at the airport through a reputable company, because of our travel need (need to drive three hours south that night). I've tried several times to get my refund from Fox. they deny the claim because they say the shuttle came. I have phone records and documented conversations saying otherwise. There were also five other couples in the same situation that night. NEVER use the scam service!
