Food Lion review: Customer service

I was in your Dover Delaware store . I was using a cart that you drive . The cart did not look like it would fit through the check outs so the larger isle was the 12 or less and yes I had alot more tha 12 items . The young lady checking out did not say hi or even smile she was actually rude . I had frozen bread and she put it on top of the potatoe chips I had I moved it off she threw it back in . I asked her not to and she rudely said I am trying to scan your cold stuff . First off no one wants there chips crumbled . I asked to speak to manager her name was Miss Terri she came over and had apologized and proceeded to say the cart would fit in the isles . But she shouldn’t have been rude . Other than that she packed a few bags and walked away . I have been in customer service along time and no one should treat people as rude as she was . Makes no sense . I hope this is addressed and other people aren’t treated this way . Needless to say I wont be going back to that store .
