Tuesday October the 4th, the lady that was running the customer service register, her name is Marissa decided that staying on a personal phone call was more important than helping a customer checking out. It seems there was no manager around to make a complaint to because there were only 2 employees up front working. I find this lack of service off-putting to the point where I don’t really want to shop there anymore. Is is asking too much for a store employee to do their job?
