FlyFar E-ticket not being issued

I am lodging this complaint because after waiting for 8 days and calling customer care numerous times and being on hold for hours, I still haven't received my e-ticket. The amount was paid in full and since then all I am getting are excuses, one after another.

It's urgent that I get my ticket as I have to travel with my husband. Fly far is causing mental agony to me by not issuing my ticket.

Desired outcome: I need my e-ticket from flyfar for which i have paid the full amount

FlyFar Flights

Was due to travel with Jetstar in Australia on January 10th but the fight was cancelled. Jetstar immediately refunded the flight but unfortunately sent the money to FlyFar.

3 weeks on, I have heard nothing from FlyFar. Effectively, they're keeping my money. None of their phone numbers work (Australian one is actually out of service) This company are a disgrace. Please see email transcript below

Hi,

I have spoken to Jetstar today and they have advised that they refunded the full amount to Mastercard ending in 8794. I can only assume this is a card owned by Fly Far, as I do not have a Master card with this number

Can you please arrange to provide me with my refund as a matter of urgency?

May I also make it known that I am appalled that no one has reached out to me regarding this.

Is it company policy to keep customers money if they don't get in touch?

I'll be contacting NSW Fair Trading if I do not receive a satisfactory response by Monday, Febraury 1st, 2021.

P. S - Why is your phone number inactive?

FlyFar Covid-19 cancellation/refund

I booked a ticket early in 2020 f
To fly July of 2020 from US to Canada via Flayfar. This ticket was then changed to October due to Covid-19 and border restrictions. FlyFar contacted me in September letting me know the flight had been cancelled and I could apply for a refund. I called the agency within 24 hrs and submitted a request to have refund issued. Turns out the flight was never cancelled by agency and FlyFar didn't submit a refund request in time. The airline (WestJet) is now stating I was a no show on that flight and rejecting any refund or even vouchers. I have paid over $200 in fees to this agency to carry out these transactions on my behalf and they didn't provide service paid for.

FlyFar Airline tickets (International) - New Zealand

FlyFar will not provide a refund for my ticket to New Zealand Flyfar are only offering a credit which must be used before June 30, 2021. The borders to New Zealand are all closed and will not be reopening in time to allow my refund to be used before this date. I therefore require a refund as entry into New Zealand is not permitted. I have contacted AirNZ and their customer service referred me back to Flyfar. I cannot get through to any Flyfar customer service representatives in regard to this issue. I require Flyfar to refund my airline ticket to New Zealand.

FlyFar Buying a ticket from Cuba to US the fly was canceled and I have not still received my refund.

On October 28, 2020 I booked a fly from Cuba to Miami that was supposed to take place on November 3, 2020. I was charged $158.95 that I paid with my debit card ending 6848. The fly was canceled and I asked for the money to be refunded. It has been over two months of my refund request and still I have not received it.
I have been waiting for that money to be refunded with no successful outcome. I will allow a few more days to see it hiring my account. However, it it does not happen, I will contact my bank and will claim it as a fraudulent an non authorized transaction.

Desired outcome: I want my money back.

FlyFar Refund of flight tickets due to covid

In February 2020 I purchased 4 flight tickets through FlyFar. In June, I canceled these flights due to COVID. I was promised a refund within 90 days, this is documented via email from FlyFar. FlyFar contacted Norwegian Airlines, who confirmed on September 5, 2020 that they processed my refund, but it went back to FlyFar as they were the third party I completed the booking through. It is now January 2021 and I still have not received my refund. In addition to that. FlyFar is not a legitimate company - here are some examples: they continue to transfer you to new people, stating they are unable to help because they are the booking department, their emails are automated responses, and there is absolutely no way to reach someone at the company. I want to file a complaint not only to get my money back but to also warn others of this company as I believe they are scamming people out of their money.

FlyFar Fake flight ticket

FlyFar sold me a ticket from Hong Kong to Barbados for Dec 2nd. They then emailed me saying they had to move the flight back a week to Dec 6th, and said I needed to pay another $30 USD to make the change. Then when the new flight date arrived, I was denied boarding at the airport because the ticket was no good.
They also told me to buy travel insurance with XCover.com, which I then learned was a side company of FlyFar. Of course XCover.com will not reimburse me for the cancelled flight and extra lost expenses. They are a scam together.
I was forced to buy a ticket with another airline and have lost out on the money I aid to Fly Fay and XCover.com

Desired outcome: Refund of my ticket cost and lost expenses in full.

FlyFar Flight booking

I booked a flight through FlyFar to fly a Virgin Australia flight from Adelaide to the Goldcoast on 12 December and return on the 18th December.
COVID-19 meant that border restrictions were in place meaning 2 weeks quarantine was required and therefore my family couldn't fly.

Virgin have a clear policy where flights have been impacted by this they will allow unlimited changes for free or cancelation and a credit in the travel bank.

In addition to COVID-19 the actual flight I booked was also cancelled and I received an email from FlyFar asking if an alternative flight was ok which was indirect. I advised no. On top of this I reminded them I could not fly anyway and sent them the details of Virgins cancellation policy and asked them to cancel the flight. This was the 2nd email I sent and got no reply.

I spend 1 hour on hold to get through to the company. Initially advice I can not cancel or make changes as that's what her policy says. Then I can change but incur fees. She denied that a cancellation was possible and I waited probably 40 mins to speak with a supervisor which again was denied. Said my only option was to change and incur fees. Multiple times I was ignored and the line was silent.

Zero understanding and talked as if there was not pandemic.

The worst type of company and service. Only looking to make money of the back of COVID and not honor what airlines clearly offer. I could reluctantly live with the $55 admin fee to change the flight which Virgin would not have charged, but ten had to pay $350 on top to change the flight, event though the flight was listed with Virgin cheaper than the flight I originally booked.

This company is one to avoid and perhaps the most unhelpful and supported customer service team I have ever spoken with.

FlyFar Impossible to contact them!

The last may of 2020! I've got cancelled a flight from Barcelona (Spain) to Kamloops (Canada). And I don't want the money back just get a bonus for the next time I will travel there, the next spring! I'm trying to contact them by email, at all the emails that they send, as an option, and since a week I couldn't reach them! But finally the last week I hat an answer from one of them, to saying that they seem to be okey to change my flight but it has to be by phone! I'm in France now, and I tried to reach them on all the phone numbers that I have found on internet and I couldn't.
So I understand they may have a lot of work! But I don't think I'm asking too much to get something that I deserve!

Estoy tratando de cambiar una reservación y ningún telefono está en servicio y el único disponible no lo responden. Llevo dos días tratando de comunicarme y no he podido ya que después de tanta espera la llamada se cae o la tumban para no atender a ningún cliente. FlyFar They took my money and refused to give back my refund or rescheduled.

I bought a ticket form fly far which was canceled by the airline.2 to3 times received the schedule change, I called the fly far about the ticket what is the opinion that they are going to offer me. they told me that I am not qualified for a refund. this my Booked number L4QLOGIssued: 2020-09-
[protected] also ticket amount was $1161.20. Please I'm seeing a lot of other people with almost the same complaint, please contact this company So they can stop cheating and scanning people of the hard money.

My flight was cancelled months ago. I called Norwegian Airlines and they relayed the funds to FlyFar. Flyfar refuses to refund my plane ticket.

FlyFar No refund

On July 3, 202 we canceled our trip from Amsterdam to NYC, and the company FlyFar, has received the money from Norwegian Airlines already. Three months have passed and I still haven't gotten my money back. I tried contacting them but have received no email back, and as well they have said that they will send update emails on our refund but we haven't received a single one. I will attach the emails below.

FlyFar Flight that never was you sold me!

You sold me a flight, to New Zealand and a return ticket in January for which neither airline (Air New Zealand) and Air Tahiti had an actual flight in the date you sold me this ticket!

I get to LAX after driving 2 hours for an 8:35pm
Departure in Air New Zealand flight #nz1.
To my surprise there was no gate.
Air NZ only fly from LAX on Tuesday and Saturday in COVID and this has been for months! Yet you were happy to take $1667 in US $, in August for a flight that never was going to be.

Assign insult to injury three days prior to departure I received a generic email speaking about get ready for your flight.

Additionally silly me for purchasing For EXTRA the fact I would be notified of changes. Well this seems like a significant change don't you think!

This is disgusting. We have reported you to Air New Zealand Air Tahiti Nui telling them beware of the wolf in sheep's clothing!

I want my money back with reimbursement for all the fees paid for services in NZ I am unable to participate in.

You have NEVER even been able to be reached about saying hey here's your NEW flight.

The night of supposed departure we called and were transferred and held the phone in excess of 2 hours the first time and 60 minutes the next.

We spoke to people half way around the work... and we're transferred into a black hole where all disgruntled customers are sent.

Where is my money?

FlyFar Booking number 8577513, 8577540, 8577716, 8577733

In January I booked 29 airline tickets with this company over $10, 000. Flights were canceled due to coronavirus and I have been trying to communicate with Customer Service since the end of April. I continuously get the runaround that the refund is being processed, it's been sent in vouchers, that Norwegian sent it directly to me, that it's still being worked on. All of these are [censored] and not true. For one, Norwegian legally cannot send me the refund it must go through the third-party, fly far, and then fly far must issue me the refund. It is nothing but excuses and lack of information and I also feel like I'm being scammed out of my $10, 000. I am calling my bank and doing a charge back because I can't seem to get any honest answers.

FlyFar Refund the money for flight tickets

Very difficult to reach them by phone and if you got lucky you are talking with someone in India or Bulgaria.
My case is about refund the money for flight tickets (2) cancelled by the airlines, Norwegian and Tarom scheduled for 07-01-20 with the order #L3Z5CI. They sold 2 different tickets in one. Last time when I spoke with them they said that applied for refunds only for Norwegian not and Tarom and I don't know why because both of them was cancelled. Directly thru the airlines I can not do anything because policy rules. It's already more than a month ago, I don't know anything and I want my money back asap being $645

FlyFar Tickets to paris

We have four flights to Paris for September that have been cancelled by Norwegian. Norwegian said to call flyfar.ca from canada to get our refund that is due. We are getting nowhere with this [censored]ty company, they are a bunch of scammers. Still waiting in a refund that is due, will call credit card and tell them they are criminals because it is over $2400 we are out.

FlyFar Canceled flight no support

Flew into las vegas and expected to take a 12:15 am flight to cincinnatti. Got to airport, there was no such flight rc5yjt. Found out flight was assigned to 5:45 flying out to denver and then cincinnatti. Added cost hotel room and lost day of work for both of us. No one from flyfar was able to help. Spent 4 hours on phone [protected] on hold and hung up on every single time!
First time flying flyfar horrible customer service, horrible ay just keep passing buck told us it was fronteirs issue, they keep referring us back to you. You keep hanging up, I want a partical refund this was horrible! Told by your agent my email was wrong. Lies all lies I got every other email from them!
