The coat I purchased from you, does not fit well and is of very poor quality. I wish to return it but your website does not produce a return and it does not allow me to return.
Please arrange a return slip asap so I can get my refund.
If I do not get a response in the next 24 hours, I will be taking this further and will do my best to have your website shut down.
Such terrible customer service. You answer very quick when you want the money. Shame on you!

Website doesn't let me retrieve refund form
I got my 2 shirts today june 12th which I ordered on may 31st. They were cut way to big and I want to return them. They said it was a simple return... Just put your order number and it would be emailed to floryday. It wouldn't take my order number and then when it did the email address wouldn't go through! I've been on my computer for over an hour and there is no simple way to get a return request.

I agree placed an order 4/6/2020 and barely received a credit which im disputing 7/8/2020. in total cost me 70.00 and received less than 40 credited to my account. unethical business practices in my opinion

Trying to return a product and when I go to put in the item number, it is saying that there is no number because the item hasn't shipped.
I ordered a dress, but it is too small. I am trying to return the item, but the site won't allow me to put in the order number or item code because it is saying that it has not shipped! I definitely have it in my possession and want to return it. When I used the chatbot, it is no help at all because I think it is automated and keeps sending me to a new return page that I cannot use. I am trying to send this back before the fourteen days is up. How can I get this dress sent back and receive my refund?

Returning a dress

Hello, I have been in contact with floryday thru their returns page & filled out a return for a dress that is too small. All I have received from them is an automated email saying for me to wait for them to contact me within 1 week, with a return address within australia. Well that was more than a week ago now & I still have not heard from floryday. I am wanting to return this expensive dress which did not match in with your size guide, which is why it is so small that I did not even bother to try it on because it won't fit me. If i'm not given a return address to send it back how am I supposed to get my money back. I want a return address please. I have waited long enough for you to contact me & you have not done so. I am not a happy customer. If you do not give me an address to send this dress back, I am going to advertise all over social media what a scam company you are so that people won't buy from you & that you steal peoples money. Refund for two pairs of shoes
I contacted Floryday to say I would return the shoes and would like a refund. I was informed on the 5th May I would get a refund of £36.75 and a voucher for the postage all within 14 days.
I have received the voucher for the postage but no refund. I have sent numerous emails asking where the refund is and have not had a reply.
There is no contact number and no other way of contacting them.
I would like to know how I can take this complaint further with the Ombudsman to get it resolved.

Dear All,
I have ordered goods for 205.31 euros from Floryday on 22.04. 2020. I have never received any confirmation as of now about the order however money was deducted from my account straight away. When I emailed Floryday I obtained automatic email in broken Slovak language.
Can you help me to get my money back please?

I ordered the dress in good faith but on opening the item supplied was not mint green as advertised but very bright turquoise. I contacted Floryday re return four times seeking advice and return label, to which I have had no reply in respect of postage which amounted to a £12 charge. It is now nearly 14 days since received and I suspect the company will say I am now too late to seek a return.
When I look at reviews and hundreds of complaints it is clear that this company should not be allowed trade on the web as they are demonstrating fraudulent practice by sending the wrong goods and ignoring the request to return.
Considering I paid over £12 for delivery of the dress supplied, weighing only a few grams, I would expect to hear from the company that I will be, both reimbursed the original postage and have return postage paid in full.

Ordered 3 items back on 2020-04-18 order #[protected] have not heard one thing back. You got your money on 2020-04-18 and i've received nothing. Whats going on? My order #[protected]. I placed my order on April 17, 2020. Floryday took the $41.13 from my bank on April 19, 2020 . I read the reviews, they are terrible! FLAG! I immediately contact Floryday thru email. Ask to cancel and refund order that I changed my mind. Emails dated April 20, 2020 state, your order is shipped on April 19, 2020 .

I think this company dont exist or is a scam. No one answer the email back in 72 hours.

I ordered a blazer which does not fit me. Then I completed the return form and have not heard anything from them. Their website indicates that items must be returned within 14 days. I requested my return form on may 8 and have not heard anything from them. So then I requested another return form on may 14 and, again, have not received my return information. It appears they don't want to refund me for it

Trying to find out why I pay for shipping, says 7-10 days after payment and now a month later still waiting for my orders. I have several items ordered and when I go to track order, it only says it has been shipped. Does not indicate date shipped or where it is. Click on to customer service but no where to write an e-mail for an answer. I really needed these items for a special occasion and if unable to get in time I need to know to go somewhere else and order them. Why do they lie about the travel time. Planes fly everyday, I know it takes several hours even from China, but not a month.

I ordered in the beginning of February several clothes, shoes etc. it was charged from my account on the 4th February. delivery was promised latest 50 days! later. now when I look at the order it said they sent it in the middle of March.
it never occurred. never heard from this order nr. [protected] and it never came to its destination, i.e. to me.
