I purchased the Lofree Block mechanical keyboard and mouse, which retail in the UK for around £200. By ordering from this seller in China, I saved over £70. Delivery took about 13 days, which is perfectly reasonable considering the savings.

Initially, I was concerned when I didn’t receive an order confirmation, and after reading a few negative reviews online I worried it might be a scam. I reached out to Andy, who responded quickly and reassured me that my order was being processed. True to his word, the parcel arrived 13 days later via Evri, well-packaged and in pristine condition.

The keyboard and mouse are flawless, work beautifully, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Excellent communication, great value for money, and absolutely worth the wait. I would happily order again. Thanks Andy.

I had a really bad experience with A1Smartshop (a1smartshop.com). To explain, I opened a dispute with them and the seller cursed at me, which was really upsetting. I even have a screenshot of the conversation to show how terribly they treated me. Now I am sure, that I will never buy anything from them again. They need to improve their communication skills if they want to keep customers.

Found this shop on Google search and was a bit sceptical at first as never heard of it before. Decided to take the plunge on a Flydigi Vader 3 Pro Game Controller as it was 40% cheaper than I can get it in the UK. Item was dispatched within 24 hours and took 9 working days to arrive altogether. If you don't have any issues with waiting an extra day or 2, there are plenty of bargains to be had. I had a query about the order and Andy was very helpful, Replied to me within 20 minutes of raising a query. 5 star service, will be definitely using again in the future

I purchased a water dispenser two months ago that took a month to arrive, as the shop is actually located in Hong Kong, not the UK. Unfortunately, the dispenser stopped working after only 2 days of use. When I requested a replacement, the shop agreed to cover return shipping costs if the fault was on their end. However, I had to ship the item back twice due to the misleading postage guidelines they provided(the shop asked me to send it by International Economy rather than Tracked and Signed stating on their website). I finally received a replacement unit, which was a different model than my original order. Despite their multiple errors, the shop refused to reimburse my shipping fees (I just asked for one postage, not two). I am extremely disappointed with the misleading product listing, a faulty item, poor communication around replacements, and lack of accountability for shipping costs even though their policy states the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer if it has exceeded 90 days from the purchase date". It's a scammer and full of lies. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SHOP

I have taken a risk (looking at the reviews) to ordered from the website but had no problems. Item arrived within reasonable period of the time, I think week or so. Only downside they say Royal Mail is providing delivery service but you cannot track parcel as they don't give tracking number. I didn't request one perhaps they would provide if I did. Item was as expected, brand new, working. Can fault.

I saw some dodgy experiences on reddit but decided to try this site out anyways since any payment made would be protected by buyers protection using PayPal. I purchased a xiaomi band 7 which was £10+ below the RRP in uk as far as I know. The item arrived in a week, probably from China. It was well packaged, authentic, and am satisfied with my order experience. A little patience goes a long way!
