So, I bought these fancy pants from RHEYYA at runwayappeal.com, and let me tell you folks, it was a bumpy ride. First off, they slapped me with a $20 shipping fee, which kind of felt like a punch in the gut. But hey, desperate times call for desperate measures, amirite? So, I took the plunge and waited eagerly for my pants to arrive.
Guys, it took over 6 whole weeks for them to get here. Yeah, you read that right, WEEKS. Honestly, by the time they showed up, I had almost forgotten I even ordered them. But when I finally opened the package, my eyes widened in shock. These were NOT the pants I had ordered. Like, not even close.
I was pretty upset, to say the least. So, I did what any normal person would do, and immediately shot off an email to the RHEYYA team. But here's the kicker - there was no phone number anywhere to be found. What kind of business doesn't have a phone number these days? Anyway, I emailed them FOUR times and, can you believe it, didn't get a single reply. Nada. Zip.
Needless to say, I was pretty darn disgusted with the whole situation. And honestly, from my point of view, this company is one to steer clear of. So, take my word for it, folks, and don't waste your time or money on RHEYYA.

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to receive my order of five dresses from RHEYYA (you know, runwayappeal.com). And, sure enough, the delivery came quick- like a week or so, which is super impressive in my book! I was practically bouncing off the walls when I tore into the package...only to find out that only one of the dresses looked like what I had seen on their website.
Y'all, I ordered five dresses with a gorgeous v-neck cut. But when I opened the parcel, I was so confused - every single dress had a round neck! And the materials...man, they were weird, scratchy and cheap feeling. That one dress I got that was as advertised, though? Stunning. I'm not gonna lie, I felt ten types of fierce in it.
So I sent out four emails to see if I could get this order fixed and get the right dresses sent my way. It's been a while, and I haven't gotten a response from them yet- kind of a bummer. And there's no phone number I can call to get in touch with them, so I'm feeling a bit antsy about this whole thing.
All in all, I'm feeling pretty bummed out about my experience with RHEYYA. I really wanted to love these dresses, but I'm not sure if I could recommend them based on this experience.

So, I hit them back and told them I never received it and asked when it was shipped. You wanna know what they did? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Nada. Zilch. So, I messaged them again and told them I was gonna deny the charges if they didn't respond within 3 days. It's not like I want to do that, but come on, I'm not gonna pay for something I never got.

I ain't gonna lie, my experience with RHEYYA (runwayappeal.com) was pretty darn lousy. I tried to hit them up through emails and even Instagram messages, but I got nothing in return. Zilch. Nada. Honestly, it felt like I was talking to a brick wall.
But get this: out of the blue, they randomly hit the like button on some of my IG pics. I was all like, "Um, hello? Can you talk to me now?" But nope, still no response. Way to be a tease, RHEYYA. Not cool.
What made me really ticked off was when I finally got the purse I ordered. It was supposed to be the same color as my fly AF shoes that I bought for some wedding coming up. But nope. It was a completely different hue that clashed with my whole outfit. Like, why even advertise something if you can't even get the colors correct?
I was so over it, I demanded a refund. Did I get it? Yeah, eventually. But it took way longer than it should have.
All in all, I'm never shopping with these clowns again. If it were up to me, I'd give 'em a negative 100 stars. But I guess one star will have to suffice.

I reach out to them multiple times and they don't be answering none of my messages. It's like they don't even care about their customers!
I heard they was from LA, but based on my experience, I think they getting their products from China. Ain't nothing wrong with that, but I think they need to be more upfront about it. And if they gonna take people's money, they better at least have some decent customer service!
The worst part is they don't even got no phone number to call. Like, are you for reals? How can a company not have a phone number? I'm bout to give them just one star, but I'm feeling generous today and I'll give them that for the effort.
Overall, I don't recommend RHEYYA. It's a shame because they got some cool stuff on their website, but if they can't even do the bare minimum of answering their customers' messages, then what's the point? Word of advice - go somewhere else.

So, I was browsing through runwayappeal.com and found a cute dress and a pair of boots that I wanted to rock. The dress arrived quickly, which was dope, but when I unboxed it, I was disappointed with the quality; it wasn't up to my standards. Like any person would do in such a situation, I sent them an email saying I was returning the dress and wanted a refund for the poor quality.
The response I got from them was "when you send it back, let us know and we'll do an exchange." Seems like they didn't really care much about how I felt. I sent them an email back informing them that I indeed returned the dress, but, to my surprise, I never heard back from them.
To make matters worse, I can't track the boots because they were on the same order as the dress. This whole experience, honestly, has been frustrating. If only they had a phone number, I would have tried reaching out to them by calling.

In early May 2020, I was browsing their website and I saw that they had a sale on their shorts. So, I ordered two pairs of shorts. I was so excited when I hit the "submit order" button, I couldn't wait to receive them.
The website said that they would deliver the shorts within one week or so, but after six weeks had passed and still no delivery, I started to get worried. I decided to reach out to them via email to ask about the whereabouts of my shorts.
To my dismay, their response was not what I had expected. They apologized and said that the shorts I ordered were no longer in stock. Instead, they sent me a pair of shorts that I had not selected, and which I was not impressed with.
I emailed them again, to ask for a refund of the money I paid for the two pairs of shorts - $69.97 in total. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive their response. They're probably busy with other customers, but I'd like to get my shorts or my money back, information about which is really important for customers like me.
My original email to them was through my Gmail account: ***@gmail.com, but it seems that they have ignored me since then. I have heard that buying online can be a bit tricky, but I never imagined that a reputable company like RHEYYA would do something like this to a customer.
Overall, I would not recommend buying from RHEYYA (runwayappeal.com) because of their poor customer service and failing to fulfill their duties. It's really a disappointment as I was excited to own their shorts. I purchas'd my "not your average large beige Nina bags" from RHEYYA (runwayappeal.com) on the first day of December. They was well priced and look'd very stylish. I was excite'd to get them and show them off to my friends and family during the holiday season.
Unfortunately, I never received them! Even though I have written multiple emails to RHEYYA, they have ignored me. I have no way of calling them, and their so-called "customer service" is non-existent. I am displeased with this experience, and it took me 10+ days to receive a gift from another company!
Honestly, I feel like I have been scammed by RHEYYA. They have a timeframe on their website for delivery that has no basis in truth! Covid may be an inconvenience, but it is not an excuse for such poor performance. They failed to deliver on their promises and set a horrible business model for themselves.
Overall, I would give RHEYYA a single star, but that's too many. They failed to provide me with adequate customer service and deliver my order. They were unapologetic and non-responsive when I contacted them. I would not recommend ordering anything from them as they have shown themselves to be unreliable and unprofessional.
