I signed up for Flipcause on July 17th for a 2 month free trial
I signed up for Flipcause on July 17th for a 2 month free trial. On August 2nd, I told them I didn't want the service and wanted to cancel. They told me to try it and I could still cancel during the free trial. But then, I didn't get any response to my emails and phone calls. On September 18th, they charged me $1500 for the yearly service, even though I had already canceled. I called them right away to get a refund, but they didn't respond to my messages and emails. They sent me generic emails about their services and told me to reply if I needed help, but they didn't reply to me. So, I filed a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund. I need a full refund because I didn't use the services even during the free trial and I tried to cancel on time, but they didn't respond.

Flipcause.com you are considering visiting, which is associated with Flipcause, is very old. Longevity often suggests that a website has consistently provided valuable content, products, or services over the years and has maintained a stable user base and a sustained online presence. This could be an indication of a very positive reputation.
Flipcause website is deemed to be popular and indicating that it receives a high volume of traffic. It is important to be cautious when using a highly trafficked website, as it may be a target for cybercriminals looking to exploit vulnerabilities or steal personal information.
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- Website's registrar is popular among scammers, it means that a significant number of scammers have used that registrar to register domain names for their fraudulent websites. This can indicate that the registrar has lax verification processes, making it easier for scammers to register domains without providing accurate information.
- Flipcause protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
Flipcause has been holding over $6000 of our desperately needed funds for months. They claim it is their new transfer system but it has been over a year we have been struggling to get our funds released on a timely basis. Our next step is possibly filing a fraud complaint with the Oakland CA police dept or hiring a lawyer which we can not afford
Flipcause owes our nonprofit over $18,000 and is no longer responding to us. I am going to contact the California and Minnesota Attorney General’s offices.

While the team is very kind and has been for years they are having some issues with transferring money from the merchant accounts to our bank accounts. They owe us over 10,000 dollars and I am worried things might get tricky to see that money.
