Diya Foundation Constant harassment for funds with multiple fake dr information

To whom so ever it may concern or relate, Please be aware & vigilant from Diya Foundation. I am based in Middle east & have been recieving constant whts app messages from +91 [protected] asking for charity funds to save young kids life / buy diaper pads for adults / buy food for orphanage.

They shared me multiple Indian Dr details from Max hospital & fortis, to validate i did call the direct number of these hospitals in India & as i had guessed, these Dr do not work in these hospitals. Information shared with me was fake!

Pls dont get lured into this, they can go to any extent. I hope someboday take action against this people / company. They are into making quick money out of peoples hard earned money.

this harassment started on 07th July 2023 until 02nd Sep 2023, when i took my stand & asked them to prove & validate the information shared, they sent me abusive message on whts app & blocked me - so this says it all.

Stay away & be alert! i want people to be aware of these kind of online invisible fraud.

Dear Sir,
Greetings from Diya India Foundation. We need your support for 11 months old baby girl Mansirat Kaur, who needs an Urgent Surgery for her heart disorder. Escorts Heart Institute has informed that the cost of the surgery is Rs. 3, 24, 000/-, and the family has asked our NGO to help them urgently as they can't bear the expenses at all. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, it is extremely important for the surgery to be done as soon as possible. Kindly help this little soul begin this new year in a healthy way by helping us arrange funds for her surgery. Sharing the detailed reports with you.

*please advice, is this right NGO or there is some issue with them*

Its real, you can check their social media handle, https://www.facebook.com/diyaindiaorg/ they are very quick to answer. Also, you can confirm about your donation and where your donated money was used in which way...they will tell you everything about it. You can also check their work on their social media page.

You can visit there website https://www.diyaindia.org/ and they are so transparent about their donation system that they also offer an option to donate directly to the victim or the purpose ( donate directly to the hospital or educational institute etc )

I have been doing some donations of 3 to 5k to this Diya foundation, Care Concern quite a few times in the past two years or so, This time, I have been also quite tied up with peak season production of etc. and they have been continuously following up, relentlessly, just now I thought I will just open the website and make the payment, I chanced across to see some of the comments regarding the Diya foundation and Care Concern. I donot know, if this is genuine or NOT ? Can anyone clarify further, I donot want to donate for wrong causes, adharma stuff etc. Thanks and with best regards

Is Diya Foundation Legit?

Diya Foundation earns a trustworthiness rating of 94%

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.

Our conclusion: After a detailed review, ComplaintsBoard finds Diya Foundation to be a trustworthy company. Although there's a 25% resolution rate for customer complaints, which deserves attention, Diya Foundation is known for their high standards and safety. If you're thinking about dealing with Diya Foundation, it's wise to check how they handle complaints.

We found clear and detailed contact information for Diya Foundation. The company provides a physical address, phone number, and 2 emails, as well as 3 social media accounts. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers.

A long registered date for diyafoundation-india.org can be seen as a positive aspect for Diya Foundation as it indicates a commitment to maintaining the website and its domain name for a long period of time. It also suggests that the company is organized and has taken steps to secure its online presence.

The age of Diya Foundation's domain suggests that they have had sufficient time to establish a reputation as a reliable source of information and services. This can provide reassurance to potential customers seeking quality products or services.

Diyafoundation-india.org has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.

Diyafoundation-india.org has been deemed safe to visit, as it is protected by a cloud-based cybersecurity solution that uses the Domain Name System (DNS) to help protect networks from online threats.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

  • Multiple low-rated websites are found on the same server. There could be such as technical issues or poor website optimization. To determine if the websites are part of a scam, it's important to review them and look for signs of fraudulent activity.
  • Diyafoundation-india.org has relatively low traffic compared to other websites, it could be due to a niche focus, but could also indicate a potential lack of traffic and popularity. The diyafoundation-india.org may offer a niche product or service that is only of interest to a smaller audience.
  • Diya Foundation protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.

Diya Foundation Unethical measures in NGO

I would like to mention this to all who either giving or planning to donate any thing to diya foundation having office in vikas puri. This NGO started under Mr. Manchanda, Gangaram Hospital(Dir.) It is managed by Vineet Nayar and his wife along with Mr. Gini they are using the funds for there own pesonal purposes. Mr. Vineet who was in financial crises 5 years back has got 3 appartments and 5 cars through this NGO only they are making money and his wife also helping to take it forward. They have shown a printing business which is just a eye wash.Vineet is a person who just thinks about money and women he says i just wat girls in my office.
You can check with the staff that no one works there for more than 6 months as they don't want any one to know there modus operandi. They have made stupid out of PVR, SAIL toname few.
I requuest the donor to donate where they need not where the people like vineet nayyar want

I have been hounded as well by them and thankfully for me I initially was convinced but then the bank transfer didn't go thru. They started harassing me with incessant calls and messages and I had to block all numbers. This is definitely not a genuine organisation and its unfortunate that they are trying to cheat people who want to genuinely help the under privileged.

FRAUDSTER: The so called 2nd Diya Foundation (www.diyaindia.org) who call people on their Mobile asking for donations for various type of surgeries for children is a Suspicious Fraud company. They are NOT THE SAME as DIYA FOUNDATION (DIYA WE CARE) based at 506 Ansal Majestic Tower, G-Block, Vikaspuri, NCR (www.diyafoundation.org). These scammer have craftily built (cloned) an entity (company) which is very similar to the original Diya We Care & even have bank account in Vikaspuri. These fraudsters have a ONE-PAGE Website only which provides no information except photos of few children. Verify online first before paying any money.
