Jan 3 - I ordered a gift for my friend who has a winter home in Florida. Jan 12-13 - The gift never arrived and was returned to the company. I contacted them and they offered to send a second box. January 17 - Once again, the gift was not delivered and was returned to the sender. I reached out to the company again, but they said they couldn't do anything else except for me to pay 50% for a third box and cover the shipping costs. Jan 20 - I responded to the company, expressing my disappointment. I had ordered the product with trust, but I never received it. Why were they asking me to pay again for something I never got? The company accused me of bullying and claimed there was nothing else they could do. It's important to note that the address I provided was confirmed by the post office in Florida. Unfortunately, my dear friend never received the gift I bought for her in good faith.

I sended a care package to my sister. Cuz it showed it was delivered but my sister never received it, this company wants me to pay if I want another package shipped out. They mentioned that they are restocking the merchandise that USPS sent back to them. The previous complaint I sended out was about USPS that they delivered the package so why did I get an email from this company about restocking everything sent back to them? "This is to resend a sunshine box that has been returned from the post office. I charge $15 cuz I have to replace items like the succulent, cookies, new box (usps writes all over it when they return the box), some items might have melted being sent there on priority but they send it back normally and it takes about 7-9 days to get back to me. USPS charges $10 to reship so I have to charge that as well. Thank you and sorry your loved one didn't get their package." USPS sent that package back to this company. They did not resend the package but they want to charge me more money. This is fraud. Any other company would have sent it as a courtesy but this company is ripping customers off. IF USPS SENT IT BACK TO THEM, WHY DIDN'T THEY INFORM ME WHEN THEY RECEIVED IT? Nobody sent me any notifications of what is happening with that package but they are keeping my money as well?! That's not right. I am furious. I am not paying this company to send out another package. They made mistakes & it needs to be rectified.
