I have been calling flexsteel customer service for over one and a half years. I purchased a leather couch (Cody) within 8 months leather was fading. This couch is defective! Replacement leather for headrest ordered, wrong parts delivered. Leather is blotchy and faded. I was referred to a third party. Replacement leather back covers were ordered, when Service came to install wrong product was sent. Repaired personal took of the existing cover prior to finding out wrong materials were sent. The existing cover was torn by service. Not only does the couch look horrible, but now I have a rip in the back.UNACCEPTABLE This couch needs to be replaced
